Intercultural Meeting

Globally Speaking: Intercultural Team Meetings

Part two of the Globally Speaking series, Intercultural Team Meetings has been produced to specifically look at the cross cultural dynamics involved in international team meetings.

The team meeting is an important function within intercultural teams as it is the arena in which thoughts are shared, decisions made and actions taken. If those attending the meeting come from different cultural backgrounds communication problems can and do occur.

Addressing issues such as the importance of culture, communication styles, management, meeting processes and team building this cross cultural training product is a superb means of introducing the subject of intercultural communication. The documentary/dramatization will help galvanize discussion and address issues within intercultural meetings.

For intercultural trainers there is a trainer's guide, script and discussion questions included with the training video.
